Brad Matheson, Director of Admissions
Brad Matheson is the person who answers the phone when you call WinGate Wilderness Therapy. It’s not a matter of “operators standing by” like you might find at larger, more corporate programs. We realize the first phone call is often the most difficult, so the first person you speak with is also the same person you’ll talk to on follow-up calls.

For over 8 years, Brad has helped hundreds of families navigate the difficult road of choosing a program that suits their child’s therapeutic needs. With great compassion, knowledge, and experience, Brad communicates clearly how taking the right steps now can bring healing to hurting hearts and homes.

Upon graduating with a Bachelors degree in marketing, Brad looked to apply his knowledge and experience in a service-oriented atmosphere. His love and concern for the youth steered him to the adolescent treatment industry. Having worked for Wilderness, Residential, and Transition programs, Brad understands the full continuum of care available to families. Helping families understand this process has been one of Brad’s greatest strengths. In fact, parents often compliment Brad for his caring manner in a very difficult decision process.
