First and foremost is a genuine concern for each student—to such a degree that team members are willing to work tirelessly through sun and snow, cooperation and confrontation, success and “let’s try it again”. More than simply survival of the fittest, it’s also accomplishments of the most dedicated. Experience is hard-won, gained from a process that is just as much about the evolution of the teacher as it is the student.
