What are you not saying to each of your family members that you know you need to address?
What resentments are you holding onto if any about any family members?
What are your hopes about how your family could interact and relate to one another?
Please take time to answer these questions thoughtfully and honestly. No one will read the answers
unless it is okay with you. This is an opportunity to take an honest inventory of your family dynamics
and how they could potentially improve.
